All About Yvonne

Yvonne Matthews is a certified holistic nutritionist, herbalist, wellness advisor and educator. She is committed to sharing her knowledge in science and evidence-based nutrition along with the delicate balance of mindful, intuitive eating and the art of self-care. She specializes in sports nutrition, hormone balance, fertility and digestive health. She doesn’t believe in modern diets, but in using food as a foundation in which to build small sustainable changes on that result in life-long habits and a joyful way of life. The goal is not perfection but progress. Combining her analytical side from her B.S. in mathematic with her creativity from graphic design, she brings a unique perspective to nutrition, health and wellness. She is from Palm Springs, California and currently lives in Denver, Colorado where she’s had her private practice, Nutrition Designed, for over 5 years.
